It's tough chief. When you pull up how many games finish above/below spread it's right at 50%, showing how fantastic the oddsmakers are. I may give college basketball a try also.
Yeah that does look right. Not sure what I was thinking. (I feel like Chooker's friends in Vegas who didn't know how to bet). You'd also be betting $110 each time so the total risk would be a little higher.

ReplyDeleteI'm afraid the real result might be $40 - not sure if I'm calculating right. Regardless, risking $6800 to win less than $100 is pretty miserable.

36 x $100 = $3600
$3600-$3520 = $80
